The whole house

Up to 220 · full buyout

Both rooms, both bars, the stage, and the pit crew cooking for your crowd all night.

Off-site too — whole packer briskets, rib racks by the dozen, gallon sides, and staff if you want them. 48 hours' notice for most orders.

Open bar, drink tickets, or cash bar — your call. The bourbon wall travels for full buyouts only, and honestly it sulks about it.

House band, a booked act, or your cousin's outfit — the stage, PA, and a sound tech come with the room.
